Questions about an official Honolulu County docket, court date, filing, copy, or case status belong with the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary unit that maintains the case. This is a private reference site, not a court office. Honolulu County has no elected county court clerk. Circuit, District, Family, and Traffic records use different Judiciary counters, so the case type and location must guide the contact choice.

Not a government office. Messages sent to a private website do not reach a judge, clerk, prosecutor, or the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary and cannot preserve a deadline.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route each request to the office that holds the original case. Begin with eCourt Kōkua when a party name or Case ID is known. If the entry lacks a PDF, call the correct Legal Documents Branch before visiting. The Judiciary also accepts its in-person access form and written court-record request form.
